Use: As a deodorant, wet stone and apply thoroughly to desired areas. Dry stone when finished.

As an exfoliating scrub, rub the dry stone gently over the desired areas of the body you want to exfoliate. The stone will leave a fine layer of salt on the skin.

NOTE: Wait a few hours after shaving to avoid any possible stinging.

Freeze the stone and apply to any areas of the body for a cooling sensation.

For a warming sensation, heat the stone and apply to any desired areas of the body. Place the stone on a small baking sheet and warm in a 200-degree oven, or warm in a pan over a burner. Caution: stone will heat quickly on a burner. When the stone is warm (not hot), apply to the body. Be careful not to heat the stone too much to guard against burning. The use of oven mittens is recommended.
